Sun-Haeng became a White Belt Nia instructor in 2004 and achieved her Black Belt in 2008. Following a 25-year career in amateur and pro-am golf, Sun began practicing yoga to relieve persistent back pain. Yoga’s therapeutic elements helped with the physical healing and provided solid emotional footing that ultimately introduced to her Nia. Sun describes the impact Nia has had on her life. “The free-form movements of Nia allowed me to be physically and vocally expressive in my own unique way, and it gave me a complete workout that left me physically and emotionally satisfied”. Sun-Haeng is committed to creating an energizing, expressive, and healing experience for her students.
